Itinerary
Collect all the ingredients.
Bring the cranberry juice to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from the fire. Add 1/4 cup of dried cranberries. Coverage; booking.
Put cream cheese, cheddar cheese and butter in a large bowl. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Level cranberries, reserve 1 table juice. Add the plump cranberries and the reserved juice to the bowl with the cheese mixture. Add 1 chives, orange zest, brown sugar and garlic powder. Beat lightly and loosely with an electric mixer over medium heat.
Put the cheese mixture on a plastic wap. Use the plastic wrap to shape the mixture into a ball (it is not a perfect shape at this stage). Wrap in the plastic wrap and refrigerate in the refrigerator for 3 to 24 hours.
Now you can achieve a better spherical shape by rolling the wrapped mixture onto your work surface.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of dried cranberries, the remaining 1 tablespoon of chives and pecans on a sheet of plastic wrap or wax paper. Roll the cheese ball in the mixture to the coat.
